We realize that you probably have many questions that need answering before you decide to start a remodeling project. Here are answers to questions most frequently asked by our customers: 

When can you start?

After the contract is signed, you will secure your spot in our schedule. You can immediately start picking out materials and fixtures and we will place orders for long lead times. To minimize disruption of your living space, we will not begin a job until all materials are available for installation. This significantly reduces the time your space will be under construction.

How long will it take?

Typically, kitchens take anywhere from 2-6 weeks and bathrooms take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. The complexity of the job will determine how long it will take to complete. A job usually starts 4-6 weeks after contracts have been signed and material has been ordered. Custom made materials and long lead times can affect how quickly we can start a job.

How do I select the best materials and fixtures for my remodel?

Our experience with products will help you make the best selections in price and quality. We will also direct you to some of our preferred manufacturers that we have a history working with and trust.

How do you handle communication during the remodeling process?

Communication is key to a strong relationship between contractor and customer. You will be given a schedule of events before the work starts and have daily communication with us from start to finish.

When you finish my project, what state will my home be in?

Although we try to contain the dust as much as we can, your home will most likely need a more intensive cleaning after we are done.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have a complete commercial insurance contract through Farmers Insurance. Our policy number and specifics will be given to you upon request.

Is your work guaranteed?

All materials and workmanship have a one-year warranty against failure from normal use, and all products retain original manufacturer warranty.
